$1M General Liability Insurance
Prime Finish carries $1M in general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Nothing is done until you say it’s done. Before the balance is collected, we walk every surface with you, handle touch-ups on the spot, and fix anything that doesn’t match the written scope we agreed on. Projects under $10,000 require no deposit. Projects of $10,000 or more require a 50% deposit, with the balance due only after your approval.
We walk it together
Before the balance is collected, your project lead walks every surface with you — walls, trim, ceilings, siding, doors. Nothing gets signed off from the truck.
Touch-ups on the spot
Anything you flag gets handled before we pack up. No “we’ll come back next week,” no punch list that drags on.
Then you pay
The balance is collected only after your approval — and only after the work matches the written scope we agreed on.
Manufacturer Product Warranties
Sherwin-Williams backs its coatings with its own limited manufacturer warranties. Terms vary by product and cover the paint itself, not labor. Because we purchase the paint for your project, we’ll provide the product details and purchase receipt if you ever need to file a claim with Sherwin-Williams.
